Join us for five weeks of self-reflection designed to explore and foster healing of the feminine body/psyche/soul split through experiential exercises, authentic body movement, guided meditation, drumming, journaling, storytelling, archetypes and wisdom teachings. The body/psyche/soul split is often experienced as a vague sense of unease, restlessness or somatic symptoms like fatigue, physical pain, anxiety or depression. Movement, art, and expression are the essential tools that access the symbols of healing emerging from the bodies wisdom.
“The symbols of the Self arise in the depths of the body” ~ Carl Jung
Since time began, women have gathered in circles to share their lives, their struggles, their dreams and their innermost longings. Join us in an intimate, safe and sacred environment as we explore elements of self-acceptance and true belonging through a conscious relationship between the psyche and the body.
“Because true belonging only happens when we present our authentic, imperfect selves to the world, our sense of belonging can never be greater than our level of self- acceptance.” ~ Brene’ Brown
